John oversees the personal injury teams in his role as Legal Operations Dircetor at National Accident Law. John has worked tirelessly with his team and the wider business to drive ever-improving processing performance. This involves making sure the customer journey is optimised from the start of a claim through to its investigation, negotiation and final settlement.

John has helped shape a service built around the needs of people who have suffered an injury at work.

He is driven by a desire to stand up for people injured in accidents. This sense of commitment and purpose is helping us to deliver on our service promise to provide our customers with an excellent experience throughout their claim's journey.
